I figured why not have my first blog post be about the first wedding I've done so here it is! The last weekend of August was beautiful, Shane and Amy definitely picked the perfect Saturday to get married! I've known these two for a very long time and I was honored to be a part of their very special day. They asked me about three years ago if I would photograph it for them and I didn't hesitate to say yes. The wait was long but it was well worth it! I'm so happy for these two who love and respect each other with every piece of their hearts! Congratulations to the newlyweds! First we started the day at the couples lovely home, with the gentlemen getting ready! "Don't forget to fill the flasks!"Then I went to meet the women at the hotel, while they finished getting beautiful!Amy, was such a gorgeous bride and her dress was to die for!The bride with her children,& then with her parents. The ring bear and flower girl were so adorable!Then it was time for the ceremony, the bride was walked down the aisle by her kids!During the ceremony Marie got one more selfie with her mother as a single woman!Finally, Mr. and Mrs. VanRossum!They got fresh flowers from the farmer's market that morning!The chocolate covered strawberries and cake pops were delicious! Cake war!We ended up getting outside just in time for some sunset fun!!The real fun began on the dance floor!Again, congratulations to my friends, I love you two!
